Sargent is comprised of six specialized business units and operates seven facilities located throughout North America. These product lines are organized into two structural divisions within Sargent: Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Products, and Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Services. Sargent Controls & Aerospace (SCA), Kahr Bearing, Airtomic, Sargent Aerospace, Canada (SAC) and Sonic Industries are the OEM Products Division business units, while Sargent Avborne is the focal point for Sargent’s MRO Services Division.

Previously known under the names of Airborne Gear Machining and Arell Machining, Sargent Aerospace Canada was born in March 2003 from the acquisition of these two companies by Sargent.

Located in the aerospace technological hub of Montreal, with have a workforce of over 200 skilled employees in 2 sites that total 75,000 ft², they are working together with their customers to supply finished goods intended for engine, aircraft and system original equipment manufacturers. Sargent Aerospace Canada specializes in the machining and assembly of complex metallic components for the aerospace industry. Active on many engine, business jet and regional aircraft programs, Sargent Aerospace Canada is a Tier I supplier to all its major customers, managing kits of components integrating items from its core business, and specialized items purchased directly from Tier II and Tier III suppliers.
