Senior Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Director of Planning, the Senior Customer Representative will liaise between the customer and different services of the company to meet the needs of the customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that customer's requests for quotes are processed in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing methods to obtain the direct cost and lead time to make parts and apply appropriate overheads and profit for the market conditions
  • Responsible for managing customer claims
  • Ensure customers are provided with timely and accurate information regarding the delivery of their parts
  • Maintain follow-up of delivery dates in internal system and also to the customer portal via internet
  • Contract management  (knowledge of how to apply & interpret clauses)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration (with Production & Operations Management), combined with at least 4 years of relevant  experience, preferably in the aerospace industry. Good business acumen, solid analytical abilities and strong communication skills are essential in this role. Bilingualism is also required.
