- Ensure that customer's requests for quotes are processed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Manufacturing methods to obtain the direct cost and lead time to make parts and apply appropriate overheads and profit for the market conditions
- Responsible for managing customer claims
- Ensure customers are provided with timely and accurate information regarding the delivery of their parts
- Maintain follow-up of delivery dates in internal system and also to the customer portal via internet
- Contract management (knowledge of how to apply & interpret clauses)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration (with Production & Operations Management), combined with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the aerospace industry. Good business acumen, solid analytical abilities and strong communication skills are essential in this role. Bilingualism is also required.
