The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating, managing, supporting and maintaining the equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinates troubleshooting teams as well as maintenance projects related to loss prevention due to equipment breakdowns.
• Manages job requests.
• Provides support related to work planning.
• Responsible for planning maintenance on the machine rollers as well as scheduled maintenance checks.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 1 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. He/she will also be a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. A mastery of French (oral and written) is also a necessity, along with a working knowledge of English.
