Although we do not promote ourselves as a full-service outsourcing company, many of our clients essentially outsource parts of their external recruitment activities to us - more often than not, the most challenging initiatives.
     
    We have not yet accepted a mandate to outsource a client's entire recruitment function - mostly because we are so focussed on "high-end" recruiting that we are not set up for the "low end".
     
    If our clients need this service we can easily provide it.
   
     
  Clients often identify names of people they would like to recruit, but are unable or unwilling to approach them directly. Our recruiting team can do it for you.
  Tell us what you know about the target candidate, and about the position to be filled. Using the greatest discretion and professionalism, we will make the approach on your behalf, even withholding your identity in the initial stages if necessary.
    We are "on call" to do this as and when you need it. It can be on a case-by-case, individual basis, or part of an on-going talent acquisition campaign.
     
    It is billed to you on a level-of-effort hourly basis.
